[W126 Coupe] what's out of adjustment

According to the maintenance manual the recommended interval is 60k
miles.

Fairly fresh fuel filter at 26K miles? I believe the recommended change
interval is 30K miles. Not that this is definitely your problem.

1985 380SE. Fairly fresh fuel filter (27k), injectors (20k), fuel
distributor (14k), and spark plugs (7k). Even the distributor cap,
rotor, and timing chain only have 36k miles on them. I wonder if
richening my lambda back up would get rid of this, though IIRC it was
still doing it when my lambda was richer, and I hate to needlessly slow
down my times (right now my mixture is set in a way that gets me the
fastest ETs).
