Who's to blame, look down...Can you say slacker?. I live on the Gulf coast and know about tidal surges and hurricanes. My island is four feet above mean high tide, lets wait till the last possible moment to give the evacuation orders. He wants to blame Bush, yeah right...I know people who work on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico whom no longer have a source of income. For all those that live well "INLAND", drop it till you have been through a 145 mph gust.
