As much as I think this discussion should stop, Congress had made the
decision to reconvene early before Bush asked them to.

Before Bush went in to congress for the money, did you
see congress offering it up?  Was there a resolution
before he asked for the money and got it, to give it
by congress.  

You are right, it must be wonderful to be blisfull all
the time.  Tell the group what it feels like.
