apologist."  Fine.  I'll ask you the same question I asked Dick 
Spellman, and I expect honest answers b/c I have respect for both of 
you:

What did Bush intend when he flew back to DC, cutting short his 
vacation, to make sure hurricane relief was gonna go OK?

BTW, the idiot at the helm of FEMA was appointed by the idiot in the 
oval office.  The idiots in Congress confirmed him to his post, 
apparently, without verifying the claims on his resume.
