I'd imagine if you sent them the font they could do
that.  You can actually turn the glow off or leave it
on since it is a seperate reostat that controls the
light.  You can also change shade from a greenish
color to a blue with their optional controller.  I
have the reverse glo gauges in my 928, white dial with
dark blue Euro lettering, so only the letters/numerals
are illuminated.  The reverse ones look nice but the
standard el glo do look rice burner.
