[W126 Coupe] My Car

First of all it's not derogatory in my book, I put cop in quotations just as
a reminder, not that you needed it. The manual gives a suggested distance
for what is reasonable to the manufacturer but the beam is infinite, maybe
not practical at those distances! Jammers are illegal in Ma they violate
FCC rules so they may be illegal everywhere by now. You can buy them here
you just can't use them. Most of the jammers I've come across seem to be
slow they don't react as fast as the radar or laser. I figure if I'm coming
across them they are either not plugged in or they don't work! I'd like to
see one that really works but they may be tuff!

I thought that all of the laser gun operation manuals recommend that for
accurate measurement the clocking should start from 1000ft. Is this not
correct? I realize 5000ft would be hard in real life, but in a bench
vise the laser guns have ranges of around 4800ft (varying by model of
course). Well, if you aren't in CA (I don't think laser jammers are
illegal in MA yet) get yerself a Blinder Xtreme M-20 (well, don't
actually because they are coming out with a new one at the end of the
month that will also jam the newest laser Atlanta stealth gun at any
distance). That, plus a Scorpion radar jammer (just don't get caught
with it) should make you invisible to everything but VASCAR (and the
subjective reckless driving charge).

BTW, you put cop in quotation marks. Is cop a derogatory term? I didn't
think it was, but what do I know (isn't it just short of constable on
patrol?)
Richard
