Yeah, but at school I don't have a drill, nor a hammer, nor a chisel.
Has to wait for turkey day. I do have the tools that it takes to swap a
regulator though, but I'm not one to waste $5 so I'm just going to wait
for Thanksgiving (I was able to use the two halves of the slider to hold
the arm in place enough to close the window).

It's a one hour job Richard. One of the easy ones when compared to
other MB
service stuff and all of these nylon glides (<$3) take a beating with
time
so I'd expect a junkyard lift to have wear too. By the way there are
two
different mfg's of these lifts. Make sure you get the right one if you
go
the wrecker route.
