[W126 Coupe] skid plate

Nope, not lowered, but I did manage to bang the bottom even with 8 inches of ground clearance once (ok, so that was a mistake you only make once) and then one time not too long ago some drunk was trying to drive me off the road (still don't know why). I was able to get away, but hopping over the elevated railroad track (you've all seen bullitt? that's the type of jumping going on) and gas station lots would have been substantially easier if I didn't have to worry about banging the bottom.

To my knowledge and from the look of things in the EPC nothing special.
You could drive around w/ it in your trunk but be SURE to secure it..if not it will easily dent the sheet metal.
If you stop by Beck Imports tell Buddy in parts Jonathan says hello!
I'd wager it will retain more heat and make a negligible difference in aerodynamics...I don't think any of us drives fast/long enough to where we would notice.
I take it your car is lowered?
Jonathan
