[W126 Coupe] skid plate

How complex is the install? Is the hardware available from MB or is it the kind of hardware you get from the hardware store? Is it steel or aluminum? Do I just ask the dealer for the skid plate, or is their a special name for it?

Costs around $130 plus about $15 in hardware.  Weighs about 10lbs.
