Thanks! I was looking for that.  I had an early version, but I lost it
somewhere along the way.

BTW, wanted to take this opportunity to once again thank steve for this

Eddie, can you not get you CD drive to work, or do your Service  
Library discs just not work. If the latter, you should use my Index  
and copy the CD files to your hard drive....much easier to use.
