Hi Habib:

You did the procedure backwards. First drain all but 10mm of brake fluid from the reservoir. Second, replenish the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir and clear the passenger rear caliper until it runs clear. Never allow the reservoir to run dry for front or rear partitions. Third do the drivers rear in the same manner. Fourth Passenger front. Fifth drivers front closest to the master cylinder.

If you are using the pedal method there is a chance you could exceed the master cylinder piston parameters. Better to use a power bleeder. I use the Motive Brake Bleeder ($45) set to 25-28lbs with Dot 4. If using a power bleeder be sure to replace the rubber caps on both the front and rear reservoirs if the MB is over 10 years in age. These are about $6 each from MB dealer. If you have damaged the master cylinder they are about $100 or so. When replacing the master cylinder be sure to look inside the vacuum booster and downward to confirm the brake fluid leakage has not risen to the booster diaphragm. So long as the leakage is below the diaphragm you should be all set. If it has contacted the diaphragm, you'll need a new brake booster in addition to the master cylinder.

Regards,

Dick
