[W126 Coupe] stuck spark plugs

Plugs or plug wires? If plug wires, Sears sells a tool made by KD tools that does this expertly. It's basically a plier with rubber covered jaws that are off at an angle.

what can i use to loosen the plugs, they are really hard to take off.  i quit after one because they has to be a better way. ...i.e.  tool, spray etc
