[W126 Coupe] BBS 16X8 ET32, will they fit?

Didn't seem to see anything in the archives on this particular rim. 
 
It's a new set being offered locally for $800 CDN (640 US). 5 spoke 16 X 8
ET 32, a picture is at the link below.

I would have preferred 17" rims but thought these looked like a good buy.
 
Would they fit, and if so what size spacer would I need?
