[W126 Coupe] Please Help, alarm issues..

This is probably a loaded question but...
I have similar intermittent issue with my 86's alarm as well but it's not radio related.
Is the micro switch in the door replaceable or do I need to replace the whole lock assembly?
I seem to have the problem on the driver side door when it's cooler outside. Sometimes I have to lock/unlock the door several times so the alarm doesn't go off. In warmer weather, it rarely happens. Perhaps there is something I can adjust or lubricate?

acts to either arm or disarm the alarm when you turn the key. Try unlocking 
the passenger side door with your key instead of the drivers side (possibly 
faulty), and this may deactivate the alarm. Just a thought.

Alternatively it very well may be related to the radio as Jim mentioned.
