[W126 Coupe] Please Help, alarm issues..

Sometimes the microswitch in the door key tumbler can fail. The microswitch
acts to either arm or disarm the alarm when you turn the key. Try unlocking
the passenger side door with your key instead of the drivers side (possibly
faulty), and this may deactivate the alarm. Just a thought.
Alternatively it very well may be related to the radio as Jim mentioned.
