What is the problem you elude to in the 420SEL of the 86-91 model years?

Doesn't seem top be much different than the 560. Exception being Motor Size, 
Rear Suspension, and the trunk carpeting.
But I'd stilll like to know.

ON THE OTHER HAND... I keep hearing that the 380 is fine, but you don't want 
a 420 ('86-'91).  Does anybody know why not?  (I suspect there is 
no substance to the comment because there are simply not that many 
around.&nbsp; I've never worked on one, but they LOOK the same.)</P>
