[W126 Coupe] Brake Squeal?

i took an auto class about 6 months ago and i remember the instructor mentioned, on mercedes brakes they almost always squeak and its because, if i remember correctly, on the brake itself you have to grind something down...and i can't remember what it was...i'll try to get a hold of him this week and find out what it was...anyhow look at the brake and see if you can find that area.
