MUNICIPAL COURTS
Haven't you ever noticed, that in a municipal court you are guilty as you 
walk in the door.
That's why they take all of the guilty pleas first. They figure everyone 
will plead guilty just to get the hell out of there!

FAMILY COURTS
The guilty one here is the last person to be contacted. The defendant. 
Matters not if they had done something or not.
The Family Judges takes the stance of, "Hell if I want to be wrong!"  Make 
the defendant guilty no matter if they are or not. Ruin there lives and 
there family.

CRIMINAL COURT
Sorry everyone is guilty. At least according to the news and the papers. 
Have you ever heard through the news, of someone who was not guilty without 
first going to prison?  If you are arrested for a criminal act forget about 
lawyers and concentrate on a fantastic Proctologist!

CIVIL COURT
You have a lawyer? Jury says lets go and get drunk. Give the guy 3 trillion 
dollars for that hang nail! And we are out of here.

FEDERAL COURTS SEC STUFF(not the cars)
Ah Martha! If you had only done a Monica Lewinski you would have never seen 
jail time.

Just My Take on the Courts System in AMERICA? That is still the contry where 
some of us live that is still FREE, isn't it?

Since a couple of you guys are cops and lawyers, let me pose a hypothetical
question.



If I cut through some cones to get around a detour (offramp construction),
and some cruisers then turn on their lights (no siren or PA) and proceed to
follow me but get stuck in traffic, and I just go home, what's the worst I
can expect, and what's most likely to happen?



BTW, I think they should require all detours to have port-o-potty's around
the midpoint of the traffic congestion.

Unless this is Washington, DC where they don't have prove it's you but
you have to prove it's not you. When did burden of proof shift to the
defendant?
