[W126 Coupe] tornado air twister

The engine only takes as much air as it needs? I guess installing a
supercharger or turbocharger is a waste of time then.
Right about the filter defeating the 'vortex' though.

That's another thing I was thinking. It creates the vortex in the intake
tubing. One the air hits the filter, it will no longer be a vortex, no?
Plus, an engine will only take as much air as it needs, so you'd have to
put higher flow injectors, a higher flow fuel pump, a freer flowing
exhaust, and adjust timing for it to do anything, no?

Anything that creates a vortex in a chamber increases efficiency, If you
"spin" the air down a pipe, you can move more volume.Do they work in
engine
intakes?? Who knows, I know a person who uses one in his Impala SS and
he
swears by it.
PS, if you go to a company that specializes in different kinds of
fans,
you can buy a vortex type fan blades for about $5.00
