A real genius idea you have there. Yeah, let's just ignore the concepts
of comparative and absolute advantage, and while we are at it, let's
also ignore the fact that impoverished people are the ones more likely
to turn to violence. Let's also ignore the fact that economic boycotts
never hinder those they intend to, and instead hinder the average
everyday citizen while the crooks always manage to get what they need.
Brilliant.

 

Also, even if you do believe this, I don't think it's accurate to say BP
gets 0 and Amoco gets 62 million when they are the same company. Not to
mention that these all have larger parent companies.
