[W126 Coupe] The other car

I have 2 BMW's.  A 740iL and a 528iT wagon.  No major problems to note and the pre 2001 740i and  740iL are the ones to buy.  NO I-Drive knob that is very difficult in the early years of the newer body style and many people don't care for the "bustle" look on the rear of the 745 models.  My 740iL is all black with camel leather and gets "thumbs-up" all the time.  Even the guys at the Bimmer dealership likes my body style the best.  A white, silver, or most popular, black is what I would look for and the "i" version (if you don't need the extra room in back for grandma, is also a sharp car.  Get the sports wheels and the V-8 is strong!  It beats the 560SEC off the line, or a running start.  You should be able to find a 2000 740i in the 30K range with real low miles.
I have had no problems with mine except small stuff.  Bill

  Yes, I have thought of leaving her but, I'm hopelessly in love with her and my SEC. 
  Question is, does anyone on the list have any derogatories about the (circa) 2001 BMW 740LI ?
