Same, but different. Use the gun to put the wheels on but not over torque
the bolt, then torque wrench them to the right reading. You have an easier
way, but now you've gotten me curious to see how much the #1 setting is on
my Mac gun (or #2, etc.) to get near but under 80 ft/lbs. I've used the
torque stick since it's close to 80 and only takes about a 1/4 turn to get
it right with the torque wrench. Just laziness on my part.

Yeah, I've used them before, but I usually just run the nuts down until
they're snug with the impact set at #1 (Blue-Point (Snap-on) 1/2" impact),
then torque them.
