[W126 Coupe] Interesting ones for sale

Just cruising through e-bay and found these.

This one is interesting.  Says it is a Euro Model, but
has US bumpers.  States 5.0L engine puts out 315HP?! 
Under the questions, he states MPG at 20!  Also states
all major problems have been fixed, but if you look at
the picture of the instrument cluster, high idle!!!!
