I installed the Eclipse. It is very easy to operate and has a lot of power
with very good features. I think it is a little more expensive, but it is
also a more high end unit.

Has anybody been able to build in a trunk mounted CD player to work with
the original Becker Grand Prix that came in the pre-86 cars? I suppose
you would have to install a separate toggle to select it if it can be
done at all, though once I get some free time my ashtray will be a
switchboard anyways (toggle from air horns to regular, on/off and
warning light for laser jammer, still gotta put in a toggle for the aux
fan). Short of this, has anybody found a radio that looks decent in
these cars? Everything I see nowadays looks too gaudy and modern IMHO. I
suppose a Mexico pro might look ok, but that's a bit of a stretch even.
