I am no longer able to contact my source for the carpet and package shelf
materials.  I would recommend the following source however
http://www.worlduph.com/mb22.htm .  My records show that the complete carpet
kit with bound edges and absent the foam backed floor pads was $440 in 2002.
Fabric for the package shelf was $35 per yard and the factory shelf uses
just 1 yard although I bought 2 because of the redesign I chose to do.
