[W126 Coupe] engine will not rev past 5,000 rpm

There is a 3-pin block bolted on to the inlet manifold towards the front, 
near the cold start injector.

The centre pin should be permanent Ground. The pins on either side : one 
will be ground when the throttle is fully closed and the other will be 
ground when throttle is fully open.
