hello everybody

well this is how it went

Got to court this morning and the Judge was an hour late

when he came in he informed us he's a temp because the regular Judge was out
sick (good or bad news?)

 

He ran his speech on all the rules and regulation and told all of us that
today is

"BURN YOUR CLOTHES FRIDAY" and he in a "GREAT MOOD" and he will make sure
none 

of us will spend to much time in court today...... (good news so far)

 

The clerk had orange and tan folders and called out all the names on the
orange folders and told them 

to exit thru a door because all of them had to get a Lawyer to continue ...
my name was not called (really good news)

 

So I'm listening to about 15+ cases in front of me for driving without
insurance, suspended drivers License, until the

first speeding violation is up the guy did 90+ mph and was told it was a
criminal ticket and he could not go to driving 

school but could go to trail or pay $229 (he paid) next guy did 101 mph and
told him the same except he's fine was

$449 plus points ..... okay I'm starting to get a bid nervous ......next up
ME

 

I get in front of the Judge and he asked me if I have been to driving school
in the last 2 years and I told him I never have

been .... he then asked if I would like to go I said "YES SIR"  he signs the
paperwork and hands it to the clerk....

??????? what just happened ????? 

 

I turn to the clerk ask her how much time I had to complete traffic school
and was told till the end on August.

So I quickly left the court room and once outside looked at the paperwork
she handed me and I could not believe

what I saw ..... someone GOOFED at the courthouse, they had messed up the
charge number and the violation and

wrote on it "EXCEED 85 MPH" ..... 

 

NOW I don't know which ANGEL was looking over my shoulder but I'm not
complaining

 

SO TODAY ME AND THE JUDGE HAVE SOMETHING WE SHARE ...... I'M IN A GREAT MOOD
