Franco,

I had a similar experience... I got two tickets, one for speeding
(115MPH in a 55 zone) and one for drag racing. I had just gotten my 91
Mustang out of the shop where it had some engine work done and it was
running great! A later model Cobra Mustang decided to step on it next to
me... Well, I couldn't resist. We took off down the open road only to
see a trooper over the crown in the road. That was a sinking feeling as
I'm sure you know.
He pulled us both over... I thought we were going to jail! He was kind
enough to give us the tickets and let us drive home.
I spoke to some friends about a lawyer and one recommended someone who
works in that county and knew the judges. He was awesome!! Worth every
penny, all 100,000 of them, pennies that is!
The judge dismissed the speeding ticket and gave me 6 month supervision
for the drag racing with a $200.00 fine... Like it never happen! I
couldn't pay them fast enough and get out of Dodge!!!
I sent the Lawyers office a bouquet of flowers! If someone told me I
would be doing that someday I would say they were nuts!!

Bottom line... Get the best lawyer you can and one that hopefully grew
up with the Judge and are best friends!

p.s. I was a car length ahead of that Cobra when the trooper came to
sight. HA! That was fun!!
