Franco,

I would not go into this without a lawyer and have him
fight the ticket or make a side deal with the state. 
I have seen drivers that received only a ticket on
site but received jail time from the judge.  If you
get the wrong judge or one in a bad mood, you will do
jail time, loss of license, community service, and a
huge fine.
