[W126 Coupe] Rough Running Engine

I thought I put this out one more time for some possible help!  When I
start my 90 560SEC (52,000 miles) it runs really rough for about 30-40
seconds and then it's fine.  If I turn the key on and let the fuel pump
work for 20-30 seconds then start the engine, it runs fine.  Any idea
what is the cause of this?  As a point of information when I bought the
car (42,000 miles) the head gasket had just been replaced since it was
blown.  Thanks for your help from anyone out there.
