David,

No, that assumption is way off.  You will get much
more power out of forced inductiuon from this engine
than your would EVER get naturally aspirated.  Not to
mention, the dollar per hp from forced inducttion is
around 1/3 the cost of a high hp naturally aspirated
motor.  I've built engines both ways and the
supercharged engine always makes more power per L.
