I'd soak the ends w/ penetrating fluid, use a bit of heat (I like mapp
gas..) and a Big pair of vice grips. Usually the corrosion isn't bad
if someone has changed the coolant religiously and used the proper
coolant throughout...:-/
For the penetrating oil I've had great results using a product called
Screw Loose.
WD-40 doesn't do much..

You put it in a drill, set the clutch to the proper length, drill into the broken bolt, when the clutch touches the bolt it will stop going deeper and start turning the bolt in the loosening direction) work, or is something different about these? I got mine at ACE hardware when a bolt that holds on the crossbar blocking access to the torque convertor drain plug broke off in the car.

Apperently no antiseize compound was used at the factory. So we have a nice instance of bi-metal corrosion. Has anyone changed their pump? Has anyone any good ideas for breaking the remaining bolts and broken studs loose?
