[W126 Coupe] re; bilstein's engine flush

I have 146k on my car and mainly use Chevron premium.  Would I get any
benefit from using the engine flush?  Any why their engine flush as opposed
to anybody else's?

  Called tech support today, they say that you can use the flush any time,
any mileage with the expectation of very good results.
