 well  if you remove the cats the cars" zoom factor "will be noticeable  
because there is less restriction in the exhaust stream there will be a 
chance for the engine to breath better 
 there probably will be a difference in the smell of the exhaust  especially 
on heavy acceleration  but this will only be a problem for the BMW drivers 
behind you 
 oh yeah you have to get a state inspection mechanic  to pass your car if 
your state has this  because its is illegal to do this to your car 
 oh what the hell do it .......
