Ain't governments lovely. For me to purchase a vehicle (Qualified 15 years
or older and some others, list available online) from the U.S. I go and buy
it with all the normal papers, or buy on EBay, drive or trailer across the
border with it, get a certificate from the Customs, and have 30 days to get
it safety checked and e tested, e test only for cars under 20 years of age.
