[W126 Coupe] HELP! Seatbelt latch

On my 85, the driver's side seatbelt latch doesn't
latch.  when you stick the seatbelt clip in there, it
just pops right out.  So since I have the totalled 91,
I am just going to pull the seatbelt latch from the 91
and put it on the 85.  

Here is my problem, I have the driver's seat most of
the way out and turned 90deg. so I can work on it.  I
have the seatbelt latch off of the bracket it bolts
to, but there is a line going from the seatbelt latch
all under the seat to somewhere.  What do I do with
this?  What is the best way to remove this so I can
use either it again or the one from the 91?
