[W126 Coupe] correction on advice I gave about VA radar

The tape recorder should not get you in any trouble
since you are in a "public" location.  However, if you
were on a phone or in a private bld, ETC, that would
be a different story all together.  Out in the open on
a public roadway, you can video or audio tape and
there is nothing they can do.
