Absolute great recruitment video for the Coast Guard.  It is kind of funny, but when I was in the Marines the Coast Guard was kind of a joke, especially during Viet Nam.  You went into the Coast Guard to get out of going to Nam.  (Or, if you couldn't swim either the Air Force, or Canada.)

Ever since the late 70's/early 80's, the Coast Guard seems to be a very dangerous place to be, what with the drugs, illegal immigrants, and 9-11 terrorist problems.  It will probably be a CG sailor that finds a bomb on an incoming ship, or other possible terrorist disaster, and saves our bacon.  This video makes me want to join, as long as I never have to ride that little boat over the waves near the end of the film.  UGG!
