[W126 Coupe] Fuel pomp problem?

Hi All,
I have a problem with the engine when the engine is cold (after night) or when is warm and left about 20 minutes  I can't start engine at first time. I'm turning key on and I'm waiting about 5 sec. before I'm starting the engine. Sometimes it start sometimes not. But when is cold is not working evenly. 
I think the problem is with fuel pomp because it should pump some fuel to the engine to fashion pressure. Sparks are new NGK.
What do you think?
