I Emailed OZ Wheels. (OZ has nothing to do with Australia apparently)
They 
told me I could not buy a wheel bolt key but should send the wheel to
their 
nearest authorised repairer who happens to be in Hawaii, which is within

strolling distance of where I live. (Ha Ha)
I normally refrain from profanities in replying to Emails, but made an 
exception in this case.
