[W126 Coupe] final V1 hardwiring question

I was refraining from saying anything, but since someone else has the
same thing going on, I figured I'd mention it. I think I found a hot on
run and start only wire up there. According to the wiring diagram, the
wire for the interior temp sensor is hot on run and start only. The only
issue is, the wiring diagram for the 85's is the same as for the 83's,
and thus only mentions the interior temp sensor on the dash. Does
anybody know if when they moved the interior temp sensor to above the
rear view mirror did they leave it hot on run and start only?
Thanks,
Richard

Yes, you have the right one, Richard. It looks like to me also that
there is only the 'hot all the time' wire. That is the wire I that I
have my old Passport hooked to in my W124. No big deal if I forget to
turn off the detector, because they draw very little current. Would be
weeks before it drained the battery.
