[W126 Coupe] final V1 hardwiring question

Ok, well y'all helped me convince myself. I just put in an order for a
returned unit. They don't have any right now but said they probably
would within a week (said they get 1 or 2 returns a week and a whole
bunch after vacations from people who basically make use of the 30 day
trial as a rental period for when they go on trips). Said the returned
ones get checked out and repackaged and all so there's no difference
between a returned one and a new one, so I figured I might as well save
$40.

My V1 is hardwired in a similar manner and I have had no problems during
the
past several years I've been using it.
