Are you talking about those cars parked on the side of the road with a
built in camera and radar detector that send you a ticket in the mail?
If yes, there are plastic sheets you can put over your plate that leave
it visible head on, but if you're off at an angle (like the parked car)
you can't see it. That www.radarbusters.com link Jim posted sells them,
though shipping to Australia is $25.

gain millions of dollars annually, so much so that the government
