Yes, I agree, Dick.  Frankly, I think the reason I ran into this guy 
was I never saw the light change to yellow b/c I couldn't see the 
light.  Still my fault, of course, but whatever...I'm planning to do 
just as you suggest...sure rather just handle it than to add the 
aggravation of the insurance co, depending upon dollars involved of 
course.  Everything's a trade-off.
