[W126 Coupe] Oil Leak

Can the head gasket simply be retorqued?

Changiing the gasket will not stop the oil.  I have had this done twice.
One by a MB shop and just recently by the dealer, like 2 months ago.  Still
leaking.  You must change the head gaskets, but they tell me in 40K miles or
so leak is still back.
