[W126 Coupe] EURO HEAD LIGHT WIPERS

 James, If you are talking just the wiper arms, not motors, you can buy them at the dealer.  I did just that and mounted them to the US wiper arms (but Euro lights) and they work just fine.  Yes, they wipe the "wrong" way, but they look more refined, in my opinion, than the US wiper arms.
