Was it by any chance Radial Tire? I (and my dad) use them all the time
(going back many many years). Paul is the owner there, also races a BMW
2002 and is an instructor for BMWCCA driving school. No, they don't have
lifts they use jacks and stands (it's a small, VERY busy shop...if you
don't want to wait for hours and will be coming in on a Saturday, get
there about 30 minutes before opening at least...if they had lifts they
could probably only do 2 at a time and that would be too slow, instead
they do 4-6 at a time), but if you tell them to torque your wheels they
will, they know what they're doing, they actually care about their job,
Paul gets the best prices and he stocks MB wheel weights which look
better and don't damage allow wheels. Let's see...times we've used
them...set of a tires on a Lincoln Mk VIII LSC, set on an Olds Bravada,
set on a BMW 540, and 4 sets on the 380SE.
