Those are your pads. If it is constantly on, you could go, but just give
yourself LOTS of room and be gentle on the brakes when possible. If it
just comes on intermittently, you have a little time, but have them
replaced when you get back.
The fronts are easy to replace, though I don't know what you have in the
way of tools and jack stands.
