[W126 Coupe] 560 SEC Grill

I am not sure what you mean. The SEC may have had the same grill from its 
inception through '91 for all I know. The parts list that I have only covers 
'86 through '91 and shows no change in the grill during those years although 
a number of other parts/items did change.
