Answered yesterday:
205/65-15 = 29.8 MPH/1000 RPM
215/60-15 = 29.4, speedo reads 1.3% fast
225/60-15 = 30.0, speedo reads 0.5% slow

The 225 will be best dry weather, the 205 in wet or snow.
